Reverse-XI

This game is a slight variation of Reversi.

• The board starts with 4 seeds placed in the middle of the board by default, and player assigned to Black will always start with the first move to place a seed.
• After a seed is placed, any opponent’s seeds directly bordered by the seed that was placed by the current player and any of the other player’s seeds on the board are considered to be “captured”. The seeds captured by the player will be “flip over” to reflect the player’s colour.
• Only moves that capture at least 1 of the opponent’s seed are considered legal and allowed. If the player has no legal move left, their turn is automatically passed and the opponent will take a turn instead. Note that this may result in the opponent taking consecutive moves until a legal move is possible for the player.
• The game is deemed to end if all squares are completely filled or if both players have no legal moves left.
• The player with the most seeds at the end of the game wins.
